What is Spanish Nacho?
Spanish Nacho is a Spanish tutoring service that combines AI-powered practice with human tutor supervision, all on Telegram. It offers conversational practice, structured lessons (vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking, and roleplay), voice exercises, gamification, and progress tracking. A real tutor oversees your learning and is available for direct support.
How much does it cost?
New users get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial, you can subscribe using the /upgrade command in the bot.
What happens when my trial expires?
The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When it expires, you'll need to use the /upgrade command to subscribe and continue using the tutor. You won't be charged anything unless you actively choose to upgrade.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Send /subscription to the bot. If you have an active subscription, you'll see a link to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What Spanish levels are supported?
Spanish Nacho supports all CEFR levels from A1 (complete beginner) to C2 (mastery), including sub-levels B1.1, B1.2, B2.1, and B2.2. The tutor adapts its language, vocabulary, and exercises to your level.
What languages can I use for explanations?
The tutor adapts its language to your level. For beginners (A1-A2), every response is fully bilingual: Spanish first, then a complete translation in your native language. For intermediate students (B1-B2), the tutor writes primarily in Spanish and only translates difficult words or grammar explanations. For advanced learners (C1-C2), responses are entirely in Spanish. You tell the bot your native language during onboarding — any language is supported.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Conversations are automatically deleted after 30 days. Voice messages are processed in real time and never stored. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details. We don't share data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete all my data?
Send the /deletemydata command to the bot. You'll be asked to confirm, and then all your data (conversations, progress, achievements, points, vocabulary) will be permanently and immediately deleted. You can start fresh by sending any message afterward.
Can I practice speaking?
Yes! Send voice messages to the bot and it will evaluate your pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency. The tutor also generates listening exercises with AI audio for you to practice comprehension.
What are the structured lessons?
Use the /learn command to access a full learning path tailored to your level. Each unit covers 7 sections: vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, writing, listening, speaking, and roleplay exercises. You earn XP and achievements as you complete them.
Is there a real human tutor?
Yes! Spanish Nacho combines AI-powered daily practice with human tutor supervision. A real tutor oversees your learning progress and is available via the /humantutor command for language questions, feedback, technical issues, or any other enquiry.
What is the minimum age to use the service?
You must be at least 16 years old to use Spanish Nacho, in compliance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR).
How do I report a problem?
